HYTERA PD405 NOT STORING NEW DATA
#1
Photo
UNABLE TO WRITE TO HYTERA PD405.

Need help to resolve this issue which happened following a failed update to v2.05.13.001 firmware which stopped at 46% done.
Original firmware installed in radio was -vA1.03.12.001.
I can still read from radio using CPS v2.02.001 but unable to write any new data to it as get this warning! -"THIS RADIO VERSION IS v1.07.06.002, USE GREATER VERSION DATA FILE"
Have tried a number of firmware & CPU versions in an attempt to fix the issue but nothing so far has been able to write new data to the PD405

Been unable to post a photo of the CPS reading.

Hi,

Is the radio still under warranty ? maybe you can send it back to Hytera for a fix, I do recall having a similar issue with one of my mobiles and I had to send to Hytera for a restoration.

Unfortunately no warranty and out of the many CPS versions I`ve tried on this radio v2.05.03.002 EMS is the only one which will read data from it. After reading a message saying Encryption Error pops up.

Unfortunately no luck. When trying to read from radio message saying - "Model settings do not match" popped up!
