The rendering of an invoice(s) by Belair Technologies should be construed as an agreement and payment of the invoice(s) by the customer shall be construed as an acceptance.

If any action at law or in equity is instituted by either party with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover, in addition to any other relief granted, reasonable attorneys' fees , legal fees and expenses reasonably incurred. This is the entire agreement. It can not be modified orally. Any waiver, alteration or modification of any provision of this Agreement will not be valid unless in writing signed by both parties.

Invoicing. All terms are due up front. If you sign up for the lowest rate, then you are probably on the term of 3 Months. You will be charged the entire front and then billed on an annual basis. All credit cards are charged automatically on their renewal date. If you do not want to renew your account please cancel the account on or before the renewal date. Cancellations must be made by e-mail and sent to info@radioquebec.net. Please make sure you get the ID of the cancellation or ticket number for your application to confirm the cancellation.

In addition, the discount price is only applicable once per household. Any attempt to place orders with a different name to an address already provided with the service will be refused.

Disclosure. We may disclose customer's personal information such as the customer's identity and address of customers and phone numbers and related information without the knowledge or consent of the client when

a) we are required to comply with a subpoena, warrant or order of a court, person or body with jurisdiction to compel the production of information or

 
b) to comply with court rules regarding the production of documents, or c) made to a government institution or part of a government institution that has made a request for information, identified its lawful authority to obtain information and indicated that

 

(I) it suspects that the information relates to national security, defense of Canada or the conduct of international affairs,

 

(Ii) the disclosure is requested for the purpose of enforcing any law of Canada, a province or a foreign jurisdiction, carrying out an investigation on the application of such laws or intelligence gathering in order to enforce a Such a law, or

 

(Iii) the disclosure is requested for the administration of any law of Canada or a province;

 

If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason within the first 30 days, Belair Technologies offer a full refund, less any use from long distance charges. After the initial period of 30 days of a customer must complete the unexpired term. Client (s) may decide to cancel the account before the end of term, however, no refund will be issued for that period. Belair Technologies understands that the nature of our technology and our affiliations with other partners, problems may occur that are beyond our control. In such cases Technologies Belair billing department can choose in our sole discretion to grant refunds on a case by case basis. In addition, 30 days unconditional guarantee of repayment does not apply for renewals. Customers must cancel the contract on or before the renewal date. If a customer fails to cancel before the renewal date, customers will be required to pay extra each month of service (monthly rate) and the rest will be refunded. We also provide a full refund for the DSL modem and VoIP ATA if cancellation is made within 30 day no obligation period. After the first 30 days Belair Technologies Inc. will not accept the return of your equipment.

Suspension of service. The Company reserves the right to suspend the service, in whole or in part, including options, at any time at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company. If the Company determines that the suspension of the Service is without fault of the customer, then the customer may claim a credit of monthly charge for each day the service was not in effect

Also: Belair Technologies reserves the right to change any or all of these policies, guidelines and Disclaimers without notification. Belair Technologies reserves the right to terminate or discontinue the Service at any time for any reason or no reason at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company. If the Company ceases or terminates the service through no fault of the Customer, the Customer shall be liable for user fees to pay when the service was in place and the customer will be entitled to a credit for the unused portion of monthly final.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of the province of Quebec and the Province of Ontario, Canada and in the case of any dispute must be initiated to strengthen the terms of the agreement, said legal action must be brought within the courts of the Province of Quebec.

Warning

Belair technologies can not be held liable for system downtime, crashes or data loss. We can not be held responsible for any estimate of profits which a client would have gained if their service was working properly. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software and programming used by Belair Technology are not directly owned and written by Belair Technology. In addition, Belair Technologies does not accept responsibility for retaining the use of our accounts receivable. If the terms or conditions are failed to follow the account in question will automatically be disabled.
